Guidelines for Author
Guiding Principles
An acceptable manuscript will meet the following general criteria : it reports a worthwhile contribution to science, sound methodology was used and is explained with sufficient detail so that other capable scientists could repeat the experiments, conclusions are supported by data, manuscripts is concise, well written, and understandable.
Manuscript Format
Manuscripts must be provided in soft copy and arranged in the standard format of Business Strategy Management Journal (BSMJ): Title, Author, Address and Email, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Suggestions, Acknowledgments and Bibliography. Typed on one side of A4 size white paper, column 1, space 2, roman letters 12 point times news and given a page number.
Manuscript Title
Title, consist of not more than 20 words. It should be written clearly and concisely describing the contents of the research.
Authors
Manuscripts have a main author and co-authors. Full name of author and co-author, clearly include affiliation name, address and email.
Abstract
State specific and clear research objectives, such as what will be obtained. Give a brief description of the method and analysis. Identify the determination of the sample (quantitative research) or determine the sources of informants (qualitative research). Briefly state the results. State a conclusion or recommendation and relate this to the importance of the work. Abstracts cannot be longer than 250 characters without references and accompanied by keywords and JEL Code. The abstract must be integrated and independent consisting of an introduction and objectives, methods, results, conclusions and suggestions.
Introduction
Presented briefly and clearly information concerning background, aim and purpose of the research.
Literature Review
Explain in detail the theoretical sources used to support the research theme. Sources of the latest research citations appropriate to the research topic must accompany this section. Also, in this section, the researcher must be able to explain in detail the causality between the variables used (quantitative research) or a clear picture of the position of the theory with the research problem (qualitative research).
Research Methods
The time and place of research must be stated in the first part. The process of determining the research sample/source of informants and the method of determining the sample/source of informants to data analysis, treatment, and experimental design must be stated clearly and briefly.
Results and Discussion
Results and discussion be written in the same part. They should be presented continuously starting from main results until supporting results and equipped with a discussion. The unit of measurement used should follow the prevailing international system.
Conclusions and Recommendations
Conclusions must be clearly explained. Suggestions that are placed after the conclusion contain recommendations for implications for the research conducted or input that can be directly used by future researchers.
Acknowledgement
State the grant source and the person to whom the grant was given. Name the person to help you work.
Reference
The author-year citation system is required and is completed coherently and clearly. All references mentioned in the research must be written in references and compiled using the help of Mendeley or EndNote. Each article is required to have at least 10 recent references or more. Most references are primary references.
